Rishi Anand

Founder & CEO

Rishi is Linguidoor’s founder, and the man behind the business. Born in Patna, India, and now living in Berlin, Germany, Rishi holds a Masters degree in German Literature from University of Rostock, Germany with bachelor degree in German Translation, Linguistics and Literature from JNU Delhi, India. With over 8 years of translation experience–and fluency in (almost) 5 languages–his love and passion for foreign Language and cultures is what motivated him to launch Linguidoor. When he’s not working, Rishi can be found playing guitar or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Piyush Anand

Head of Operations

Piyush Anand has spent years practicing social work and worked at Market giant like APJ Abdul Kalam Centre, Isha foundation and other civil society organizations where he enhanced his interpersonal skills. Meanwhile he also gained experience working as Translator, Content Creator and Evaluator at Synergy IAS institute, Practice Mocks and various other competitive examination Institutes.
Linguidoor’s Operations Director, Piyush Anand holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and Master's degree in Social Work from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, India. He loves to read books and has profound passion for social works which sets him apart from anybody else.

Sumithraj Appari

Head Technical Advisor

Sumith has more than 12 years of experience in Information Technology and Customer Service management stadia. He has extensive experienec in designing and implementing complex and large scale technology solutions using Microsoft Technologies for clients in Consumer Goods and HealthCare industries. He has handled multiple teams supporting Global Delivery Model with clients across different regions (EALA, BeNeFraLux, US and Asia). His additional areas of expertise include ITIL, Business Analysis and Requirement Management. He is currently working as a Technical Team Lead at Accenture Gmbh. Outside Work, He has immense passion for Football and Photography

Amod Tiwari

Project Manager

One of the first to join Rishi on the Linguidoor’s journey, Amod has been in the industry and with the company since the inception. Being the Project Manager at Linguidoor speaks to his passion for languages, communication and other cultures. For every type of project, he is the first line of communication for our certified linguists as well as the valuable clients to make sure that the final product is of the best quality and meets all expectations.
He actively participate in building database of translators, reviewers, transcriptionists & interpreters. He also monitors and maintains the flow of resources and is responsible for maintaining an active database, persuasive communication & mutual trust with vendors. When not looking to manage projects at Linguidoor, he is busy enhancing his creativity skills (writing poems, articles, and novels), learning a new language, music production or exploring on social networks.

Shivam Somani

Assistant Project Manager

Shivam Somani is a Project manager with over 2 years’ experience in Translation industry. Having held positions in different fields, Shivam is able to tailor his skills to meet the needs to various clients. He fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale.
Shivam is involved in all aspects of the program designing and execution. He ensures that each project gets delivered in time with highest Quality. With his energy and dedication to excellence, he delivers unmatched value and customised services to his clients globally.
Shivam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication and likes to listening to music, playing Table Tennis and football where he represented his Team Vamous FC at various levels.

Abhishek Kumar

Business Development Specialist

Abhishek Kumar is a Business Development Specialist who partners with different companies, vendor managers, executives and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to-human. After spending nearly an year working in Marketing and BD for multimillion startups, Abhishek knows what truly drives conversions, sold-out launches - It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.
Abhishek enjoys playing and watching soccer.In free time, he likes to motivate people around him and discuss new business strategies. Abhishek is a B.Tech graduate in Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University.
